Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Orders placed on business days are typically prepared and dispatched within one to two business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Vials are shipped sealed and protected in discreet, rigid packaging appropriate for laboratory material. Batch documentation is available on request.

Tracking details are emailed once the parcel is collected by the carrier. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Purchasers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and for any duties or taxes applicable in their jurisdiction.

Because these are research chemicals, opened or used vials cannot be accepted for return. Unopened items may be considered for return within 14 days of delivery, at our discretion, subject to inspection.

Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and contents. Verified issues are resolved by replacement or refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where an error was ours.
